Questions About Your Account

1. How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, please visit the My Account section from the left navigation bar and go to Change Password. You can also click here.

2. I forgot my username?
To get a reminder of what your username is, please visit the My Account section from the left navigation bar, and go to Change Profile, You can also click here.

3. What should I do if my phone number changes?
If you change your phone number, please redownload the App and sign in again?. You can also visit ​www.therapayrewards.com​ to continue your program on our web portal. Be sure to go to My Account, then go to My Profile and provide us with the new number.

4. What if I do not have access to a phone?
You can visit ​www.therapayrewards.com​ to continue your program on our web portal.

5. What if I lose my phone?
You can visit ​www.therapayrewards.com​ to continue your program on our web portal.

6. How do I change the language in the app?
To change the language in the app, go to the My Account section and then go to Change Language.

7. Why do I have to sign “Terms of Use”?
Our lawyers tell us that to ensure that we provide the best product and service to our members, and to keep information safe, we must agree to certain terms first.

Questions About Your Plan

1. Why does TheraPay need my Insurance Number or Social Security Number?
We use your Insurance Number or last 4 digits of your Social Security Number to confirm you are the correct person to get our reward program. We take your privacy seriously and, so, we want to make sure the rewards you earn are going to the person who was invited to the program.

2. Can I change plans after I already selected one?
Unfortunately, no. Once you select a plan, we ask that you complete that plan.

3. How were the activities that I must complete selected?
The activities associated with your reward plan were selected by your insurance provider as the most important tasks for you to complete.

4. What if I cannot complete an activity for some reason?
If for any reason you miss an activity, you can move on to the next one. If the activity has a specific date associated with it, you cannot go back and do it. Instead, you give up those rewards and move on to the next activity. If the activity is something you can make up, then it will remain open on your roadmap. Once complete, just check it off.

5. If I do not finish an activity on time, can I go back and finish it for the reward?

6. What does it mean that TheraPay has to review my completed activity?
For security reasons, we double check every activity to make sure it was actually completed. This is done through a combination of computer technology and human communication?. Once we review the work was complete, you will see it listed as“confirmed” and we will send your rewards to your card.

7. Why can’t I complete more activities at one time? Why are they locked?
Our programs are built to make sure you do activities in the right order and at the right time. If more than one activity can be done at the same time, it will open at the same time.

8. Can I join a second program?
Unfortunately, no. Members are only allowed to join one program at a time.

9. If I leave a program can I join another one?
If you leave a program early, you must wait until the program you left is finished. At that time, if a new program is available, you will be invited by email or text communications. TheraPay does not guarantee invitations to members that left a previous program.

10. What happens when my program ends?
A few days before the end of your program, you will get an email and text communication from us with options on how to continue with another TheraPay program if it is available. Typically, another program will be opening soon, and an invite will be sent to you.

11. Can I join another program after I finished my first one?
TheraPay would love our members to continue with our programs. Since every reward program is different, we cannot guarantee another one will be available at the end of your program. If a new program if available, we will send you an email invite a few days before the end of your current program.

12. Can I recommend this program to other people?
For now, TheraPay is available by invitation only. If you like our program, we suggest you speak to your Insurance Provider about making it available to others.

Questions about Your Money

1. When will I get my TheraPay Rewards card?
Your TheraPay Rewards card will be a plastic card about the size of a bank or library card. Rewards cards will be mailed out to the address on file within one week of completing the Sign-Up section.

2. Does my TheraPay Card cost me anything?
No. TheraPay Rewards is totally free. Think of our card as a rechargeable gift card.

3. When will my rewards show up on my TheraPay Rewards card?
Rewards show up on your card, and in your online My Money section, after we have checked that the activity was complete. Usually, this takes about 3 to 5 days from when the activity is checked off.

4. Where can I spend my rewards?
The TheraPay Rewards Card works like a debit or gift card and can be used at most retail stores. It will not work at ATMs or for the purchase of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms.

5. What should I do if I lose my TheraPay card?
Please contact (833) 848-5768 to replace your card.

1. How does TheraPay protect my personal private information?
TheraPay and Reciprocity Health, Inc., who owns TheraPay, take your privacy and personal information seriously. Our company is HIPAA certified and we follow all of the latest rules, regulations, and technologies to protect your information.

2. Do I have to file a tax return after I received a reward from TheraPay?
Since everyone’s situation is different, TheraPay recommends you consult a tax advisor to determine your personal requirements. For members receiving less than $600 in rewards over the course of a calendar year, the amount is not required to be disclosed on your taxes.
